- Rates are $150/nt. with a two night minimum from 1/1/10 to 5/31/10 for the studio Bainbridge Island Beach Cottage
- Rates are $200/nt. with a three night minimum from 6/1/10 to 9/1/10 for the studio Bainbridge Island Beach Cottage
- Rates are $150/nt. with a two night minimum from 9/2/10 to 5/31/11
- Rates are $250/nt. with a two night minimum from 2/15/10 to 5/31/10 for the 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage.
- Rates are $2100/wk. or $350/nt. with a four night minimum 6/1/10 to 9/1/10 for the 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage.
- Rates are $250/nt. with a two night minimum from 9/2/10 to 5/31/11
- Nightly reservations are secured with a deposit equal to half your stay. The entire balance is due 21 days before arrival.
- Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check.
- Cancellation Policy
- With 21 days notice, we will refund your deposit, less $75 booking fee.
- With less than 21 days notice, we will refund your entire balance, less $75 booking fee, if we are able to rebook the cottage.
