- Please call for last minute availability for one night stays.
- Rates are $150/nt. with a two night minimum from 9/5/11 to 5/24/12.
- Rates are $225/nt. with a week minimum stay from 5/25/12 to 9/30/12
- Rates are $150/nt. with a two night minimum from 10/01/12 to 5/25/13.
- There is a $60 Cleaning Fee
- Nightly reservations are secured with a deposit equal to half your stay. The entire balance is due 21 days before arrival.
- Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check.
- Cancellation Policy
- With 21 days notice, we will refund your deposit, less $75 booking fee.
- With less than 21 days notice, we will refund your entire balance, less $75 booking fee, if we are able to rebook the cottage.
